We have received great feedback from our players about the release of Subtransit Drive! This gives us a lot of motivation and energy to do new interesting things in the future. We are always looking out for questions our users have and will try to answer the most frequent ones.

When will there be multiplayer?

We are currently working on the first major update (version 1.1) that will include multiplayer sessions and passengers. We will be gradually rolling out access to multiplayer to better distribute the load on our servers. Update 1.1 will be available within a month.

Will Subtransit Drive be released on Android?

Yes, we are excited to announce that the game will be released on Android on March 1st. We will provide a list of technical requirements closer to the release date. If you are unable to make payments through Google Play, the full game can be purchased on our website.

Known problems.

We are aware of the authorization issues, errors in displaying experience, and graphical glitches during movement. Most of these bugs will be fixed in the latest update 1.0.5, which is about to be published and will be available in a few days.

What about the optimization on the 8th, 9th generation iPad, iPhone SE, iPhone XR?

Optimization for low-end devices is limited by their hardware capabilities. Even if a device is relatively new, the processor model and amount of RAM available can impact performance. The operating system may also shut down the app if the device's capabilities are exceeded.

Despite the upcoming 1.0.5 upgrade to enhance performance on these devices, we will continue to try to make playing on them more comfortable.

Will there be support for iPhone 7, iPhone 8, iPad 6th generation and previous generations of devices?

Unfortunately, due to the performance constraints, it is not possible to ensure the game will run well on these devices. Additionally, the minimum supported operating system version is iOS 14.0.

Will there be support for Macs with Apple M1, M2 processors?

Support for these platforms will appear in one of the upcoming updates (version 1.0.6).

My device overheats or gets very hot.

We have thoroughly tested the game and found that no devices with original batteries have gone into a critical heating state. We have compared our game to other high-performance games and found no significant differences in heating.

It is normal for the device to heat up when playing resource-intensive games, however we want to note that protective cases and the battery charging process can cause the device to heat up even more. To reduce the chances of overheating, we recommend playing the game on a fully charged and plugged in device.

Can I use the same key for iOS and Android?

We have received many questions about this and have updated our website's personal cabinet to make purchasing for specific platforms more clear. All keys purchased before this update will be valid on the first platform they are activated on.

Why are there no mirrors in the game?

Portable devices do not have enough performance to render high-quality reflections in mirrors in a way that’s practical and consistent with the overall design of the environment.

Will there be a depot and the traffic schedule with a night stay?

The depot will be added to the game in the first quarter of 2023, along with the traffic schedule that includes a night stay of the trains. We will provide more information about this update in the future.

Will there be new trains?

We have a comprehensive plan for adding new content to the game, you should expect both new modifications of current trains as well as brand new ones.

Can I access all the controls of the available trains right away?

In the future, we plan to add a separate “immediate access” item as an additional in-game purchase. Currently, players must reach a certain rank and run a certain number of kilometers on each train to unlock all of its controls.
